Our StructureGPT

All of our design solutions are powered by our advanced deep learning model, StructureGPT. StructureGPT generates diverse amino acid sequence variants based on the structure of your proteins. What makes this truly remarkable is that many of these sequences lead to enhanced versions of your proteins. Simply tell us the properties you wish to improve, and we’ll get to work.

Once the optimal variants are identified, we validate them in the lab, ensuring there are no unexpected outcomes. At the end of the process, we provide you with the best protein variants, complete with our predictions of their properties and the verified results from our lab tests.
